Momentum Program

ARMENIA:
Changing Negotiation and Leadership Culture

The Momentum Program aims to assist young Armenians of promise in acquiring the negotiation and management skills necessary for a more democratic and prosperous Armenia that can hold its place in the world politically and economically.

The program provides mentors, models, and methods of reform through a well-tailored, concentrated workshop in the US and follow up support, networking and training in Armenia. This program aims to equip Armenians with skills, knowledge, contacts, and models for more effective policy development and self-governance.

The Momentum Pilot Progam took place in Cambridge, MA in April 2000, and the main program
is scheduled to start in the fall of 2000. In the near future, CMG intends to engage similar groups from other regions of the Former Soviet Union in this project.
